London Gate Developers - Brand Story & Development
An interesting project where there was literally ‘no brief’. This was a new real estate developer with a few projects already in the pipeline under the name of ‘London Gate’.
What they didn’t have is a logo and any semblance of a brand story.
When quizzed about the reason of choosing this particular name, their answer was that there was no real reason,
except the fact that the owners liked London city.
So, we had create something out of nothing - an entire brand story with limited information.
The first step was to establish a strong reason for ‘London’ to be part of the name.
Then, based on the above, we had to give a meaningful reason for the brand to exist.
Finally, we had to reflect this ethos in our upcoming projects
The logo and brand identity was borne out of this thinking…
It culminated in London Gate’s first ever launch event where the brand was unveiled for the first time in front of
over 2000 brokers & investors, along with the press.
